Where Baylor Scott & White Health Marble Falls, TX, United States Description About the Role As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient-only setting, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Schedule & Workload Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Inpatient only Average 3-8 patients per day What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized, outcomes-based treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications and therapeutic interventions Counsel patients and families with empathy and clarity Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Provide consultation-level specialty care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Perform procedures within scope and competency as delegated What Makes You a Great Fit?
