We are seeking a dynamic self starter' Project Manager to help drive an iconic holiday installation in midtown Manhattan as well as production in our Mount Vernon (Westchester) Warehouse. This role will be responsible for aligning in-house production and deliverables (with Executive Show Producer) from September 7 through approximately September 11. The role will then coordinate collaboration efforts between all 7 partners companies onsite, documenting the overnight installation and strategizing pivots. They will communicate pending actions for the following nights so that during the day, other project partners can advance the project based on needs identified by the Project Manager. This role will be responsible for communicating between all the subcontractors, the client and American Christmas. This role requires someone who is a highly seasoned professional who can get up to speed quickly. Seasonal position - Starting on or about September 7, 2026 through January 30, 2027. Midtown Manhattan outdoor installation work regardless of temperature. Duties and Responsibilities During production, (9/7 though approximately 10/1) hours will be Monday through Friday 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM with potential overtime required (including weekends). Some Travel Required During installation, (approximately 9/15 through 11/25), and takedown (approximately 1/5 through 1/31), candidates must be onsite for installation and takedown overnights, 6 - 7 days per week. Shifts start at 9:30 PM and typically end around 6:00 AM (with potential desk work and emails following up after that) Approximately 11/25 through 1/4) the candidate will be on call for service calls overnight and should have some meetings and/or other installations to assist.
