We are expanding our enterprise sales presence in Bangalore and looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader / Solution Hunter . This is a 100% quota-carrying, net-new logo acquisition role targeting C-suite executives, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Digital Product Leaders across global enterprise accounts and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

You will lead consultative, value-led sales motions for complex software architectures, application modernization, advanced analytics, and Generative AI platforms—completely bypassing legacy infrastructure and hardware

Key Responsibilities-

• Net-New Logo Acquisitio n: Build, manage, and close multi-million-dollar enterprise pipelines from scratch across high-tech, digital native, BFSI, and GCC buying centers in Bangalor
• Consultative Solution Sellin g: Engage directly with technical and business stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of Product/Engineering) to position tailored software, cloud-native, and AI-driven solution
• Full-Cycle Executio n: Lead end-to-end commercial pursuits from cold pipeline generation and RFP/RFI responses to contract negotiations, SOWs, and deal closur

• Target Buyer Profil e: Demonstrated experience selling directly into product engineering, digital platforms, and software architecture buying centers (not IT infrastructure or hardware
• Track Recor d: Consistent history of quota overachievement ($2M–$5M+ annual net-new revenue targets
