About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the building materials industry to develop relationships and identify new project opportunities across Delhi NCR. This is a client-facing role involving meetings with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and site teams — both at their offices and at active construction sites. The role will focus on developing initial relationships, understanding project requirements and identifying qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, project consultants and other key decision-makers at their offices.
• Visit active construction sites to meet builders, contractors, site in-charges and project teams.
• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and potential marble requirements.
• Conduct initial meetings and introduce Enn Dee's marble collection and capabilities.
• Understand project requirements, timelines, material preferences and decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders and other project stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify genuine project opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and stay updated on project progress and requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in the building materials industry, preferably in business development, project sales or a client-facing role.
• Experience working with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers or project teams is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from marble, natural stone, tiles, quartz/surfaces, flooring, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates or other architectural/building-material categories are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings with clients and industry professionals.
• Proactive, presentable and relationship-oriented.
• Comfortable with regular travel across Delhi NCR.
• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler is required.
