Managing Partner, Plaintiff Personal Injury

Our client is a 60 person plaintiff law firm that handles both personal injury and employment litigation. They have an exciting opportunity available.
It's a Partner role, hybrid, based in Midtown, leading a team. This role would lead the Personal Injury side of the business. Base of around 275k-300k, plus 5%-10% on net attorney fees of the cases you handle. This is not trial work, this is settlement work, moving cases.
They aren't looking for a slow methodical approach - they are looking for someone who understands cases, can maximize value and move cases. This role also oversees the work of a few Associate Attorneys, a Medical Coordinator & Paralegal and they are looking to expand the team.
