Video Production & Content Creation Intern

About the RoleRDM Consulting is looking for a motivated Video Production & Content Creation Intern to join the Red Dawg Mindset team.

This is a part-time, early-morning internship, generally starting around 6:00 AM ET and continuing through approximately lunchtime. The position may be on-site in Short Hills, NJ and/or virtual, depending on the responsibilities and type of work being completed.
This opportunity is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate interested in video production, digital marketing, social media, finance, and brand building.
You’ll work closely with Scott Redler, founder of Red Dawg Mindset, creating content centered around fitness, mindset, and the financial markets. The role offers hands-on experience in content creation while also providing exposure to the day-to-day environment of a professional trader.
ResponsibilitiesRecord high-quality fitness and financial-markets content during early-morning shootsEdit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsEdit long-form videos for YouTubePublish and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedInOptimize content for each platform, including captions, hooks, titles, formatting, and posting strategyStay current on social media and content trendsHelp grow the Red Dawg Mindset brand across digital platforms
QualificationsCurrent college student or recent graduate preferredStrong video editing and content creation skillsCamera and videography experience, including framing, lighting, and audio, for on-site workExperience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or any similar softwareCreative, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyConsistent availability during early-morning hours, beginning around 6:00 AM ET through approximately lunchtimeComfortable working on-site in Short Hills, NJ and/or virtually, depending on the assignmentPortfolio, class projects, or examples of previous video work strongly preferred
