Manager - contracts (luxury bungalow projects )

Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Management : Source, vet, and hire local service providers for landscaping, pool maintenance, security, and repairs.
Contract Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing with external contractors.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure all on-site workers follow local safety regulations, building codes, and property privacy rules.
Budget Tracking : Monitor maintenance spending, approve vendor invoices, and track contract renewals or terminations.
Site Supervision : Coordinate routine property inspections and oversee active repair or remodeling projects on the bungalow grounds.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or residential property oversight.
Skills : Strong negotiation, local building compliance knowledge, budget tracking, and clear communication.
