Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

This is a true Product Manager role, not a Product Owner position. The focus is on end-to-end product management, delivery strategy, and building value-driven operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product delivery priorities across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
• Work within ERP and data-intensive environments.
• Develop and implement scalable operating models.
• Establish value-based product management frameworks and delivery practices.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy through execution.

Required Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize product initiatives and drive successful delivery.
• Experience building operational and value-based delivery models.
• Strong data and ERP experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Relevant work experience.
• Agile and DevSecOps experience preferred. Not Looking for Safe Methods
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
