We are Hiring: CS Trainees & Legal/Secretarial Graduates (Pune)
Open Positions
- Semi-Qualified CS / Secretarial Graduates (1 Position): Graduates or semi-qualified professionals seeking hands-on exposure in practice.
- Management Trainees (2 Positions): Candidates appearing for/cleared Executive or Professional modules.
What You Will Gain Exposure To
- Corporate Law & Compliances: In-depth handling of Companies Act, 2013, LLP, and Partnership Firm compliances.
- NCLT Matters: Drafting, research, and representation support for NCLT proceedings.
- Specialized Areas: Secretarial Audits, XBRL filings, RBI-FEMA compliances, and Trademark registrations.
- Legal Drafting: Corporate contracts, board resolutions, and legal notices.

- Location: Pune
- Stipend/Salary: As per industrial norms (commensurate with qualification and experience).
