\ N Ourclient based in Lanarkshire is looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join theirteam for Winter Gritting between October-March. Weekly standby rates & callout rates.\ N
Your new role\ N
You'll be driving theWinter Gritters to treat roads during icy and snowy conditions. You'll followplanned routes and respond to call-outs when needed. Shifts include nights andweekends. \ N Main duties include:\ N
Operating HGV Class 2 gritting vehicles\ N Carrying out vehicle checks\ N Completing basic paperwork\ N Working flexibly acrossshifts\ N
What you'll needto succeed\ N
Valid HGV Class 2/7.5 tonne licence\ N CPC and Tachograph
Willingness to work in all weather conditions\ N Previous experience is helpful but not essential\ N
What you'll get in return\ N
Weekly standby rates & call out rates for nights/weekends\ N Call out rates: time and a half Mon-Sat, double time Sun\ N Training provided
