Experience

10+ years of overall IT project management experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering Salesforce projects. Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for US-based customers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations involving integrations, data migrations, multiple stakeholder groups, and geographically distributed teams.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and experience successfully delivering projects for US clients while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance. Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers and executive stakeholders. Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and integration teams. Manage large cross-functional project teams, including onsite, offshore, and vendor resources. Lead workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and steering committee meetings. Ensure successful execution of Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Identity Management, and third-party platforms. Oversee data migration activities including planning, mapping, cleansing, validation, cutover, and post-production support. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Drive adherence to project governance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices. Ensure successful project deployment and transition to support teams. Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Project Management experience. Strong experience delivering projects involving: Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation and implementation projects. Experience leading project teams of 15+ resources, including business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and integration specialists. Strong experience managing US customers and distributed global delivery teams. Experience with Salesforce integration projects leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and third-party systems. Strong experience managing complex data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred) PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification. Experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar. Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or large enterprise environments.
