Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in designing housing infrastructure, high-rise building projects, hospitals, and other engineering areas. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design and execution.
• Handle all issues related to architectural design works for various projects, including residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Registered with the Pakistan Council for Architects & Town Planners (PCATP).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design concepts and project details effectively.
