Falcon Locums Group is looking for an experienced Locum Tenens Recruiter to join our growing team in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Prior locum tenens recruiting experience is REQUIRED.

We are building a high-performance locums organization and are looking for a recruiter who already understands the business, knows how to recruit physicians and advanced practice providers, and is ready to produce.

What You'll Do

• Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for locum tenens opportunities nationwide
• Source, identify, and engage qualified healthcare providers through phone, email, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of locum tenens providers
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians and APPs
• Qualify providers based on licensing, availability, experience, certifications, and assignment requirements
• Present opportunities and negotiate rates, schedules, availability, and assignment details
• Coordinate with credentialing and operations throughout the placement process
• Maintain consistent communication with providers before, during, and after assignments
• Manage provider activity and pipeline within the company's CRM/ATS
• Work closely with the business development and leadership teams to fill urgent and difficult-to-fill client needs

Requirements

• Previous locum tenens recruiting experience REQUIRED
• Proven experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers
• Strong understanding of the locums staffing lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to source, recruit, qualify, and close providers
• Excellent phone, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, driven, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in the office in Deerfield Beach

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, giving successful recruiters significant earning potential.
