Real estate telecaller / lead conversion executive (onsite mohali)

Clear Title Realty is looking for a confident, persuasive Telecaller to connect with the leads we generate regularly.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable speaking with potential property buyers, who understands how to build trust over the phone, and can effectively convert enquiries into qualified prospects and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with incoming real estate leads Understand the buyer's requirements, budget, and preferred location Explain suitable property options clearly and confidently Build rapport and handle customer objections professionally Follow up consistently with interested prospects Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team Maintain proper records of calls and lead status Work towards lead conversion and appointment targets

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and convincing skills Confident personality with good telephone etiquette Excellent follow-up skills Target-oriented and self-motivated approach Previous experience in real estate calling, telesales, or lead conversion will be preferred Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and English
