Flight Control Engineer

We are looking for a Flight Control Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the Aerospace domain, specializing in the design and development of Flight Control Systems (FCS). The candidate should have strong expertise in Aircraft Dynamics, including 6-DOF (Six Degrees of Freedom) linear and non-linear modeling, along with hands-on experience in Modeling & Simulation and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

The role involves developing flight control algorithms and control logic from scratch using strong fundamentals in Physics and Mathematics, and contributing to the end-to-end design, development, and validation of Flight Control Systems. Experience with aerospace software development standards such as DO-178C or DO-178C-compliant software development will be an added advantage.

• Aircraft Dynamics (6-DOF Linear & Non-Linear Modeling)
• Modeling & Simulation
• Flight Control System (FCS) Design & Development
• Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
• Flight Control Algorithm & Control Logic Development
• Strong Physics and Applied Mathematics fundamentals
• End-to-End Flight Control System Development

Good-to-Have:

• DO-178C Certification or DO-178C-compliant Software Development Experience
• Aerospace/Aviation Domain Experience
• MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Safety-Critical Embedded Systems and Aerospace Standards.
