Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, customizations, integrations, and CRM development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Develop custom entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs using C#/.NET.
• Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM customizations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
• Manage CRM security roles, teams, business units, and access controls.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in solution design, deployment, and release management.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong programming experience in C#/.NET.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API / REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience with Git/Azure DevOps and CI/CD is preferred.
