Sr.executive- Operations - International Sales

Key Responsibilities

•  Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders.
•  Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
•  Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.
•  Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
•  Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives.
•  Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking.
•  Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
•  Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments.
•  Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
•  Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations.
•  Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports.
•  Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports.
•  Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams.
•  Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders.
•  Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively.
•  Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards.
•  Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
•  Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews.
