Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• AA completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience required.

Required Credentials: - Degree in a related field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or years of equivalent experience required.

Unit Details: - The Cath Lab technologist works in a multidisciplinary lab, supporting patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or interventional procedures. - Performs scrub and monitoring duties utilizing all aspects of catheterization equipment while applying prescribed procedures for operating radiology imaging equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday. - On-call coverage is 24 hours at a STEMI-accepting facility. - On-call days are based on the need for facility coverage. - There are 10-15 call days per month, including 2 weekends. - On-call rate for Cath Lab: $15/hour.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
