About the Role We're looking for a Customer Success Manager Intern to own the operational and strategic backbone of how we deliver value to clients. This is a 3-month internship with conversion to a full-time role based on performance. This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage company. You'll ensure the team is executing against existing processes with consistency, identify gaps as we grow, and evolve our playbooks and SOPs accordingly.
