The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of instructions, providing Building Surveying advice to clients across the Midlands and wider UK. The role will offer a strong balance of professional services and project work, allowing you to develop a diverse workload. You'll take ownership of your instructions, managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout the property lifecycle.
