Ideal candidates have experience managing projects independently, leading teams, and are comfortable working directly with clients.Prepares proposals, participates in proposal interviews and presentations.Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of engineering workManages design team including staff from multiple locations and/or disciplines.Responsible for coordinating multiple project completions within budget and on scheduleResponsible for initiating client billing, handles scope changes and contract administration.Can independently perform assignments.Mentors other staff and assumes training responsibilities. xzbcwsv Develop and maintain client relationships in order to obtain future workPerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsBS degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience6+ years of site/civil engineering experience related to Land DevelopmentPE LicenseProficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3DProficient with other engineering software required in area of expertise
