Ivf counselor

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to join our fertility team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective and existing patients, explaining fertility treatment options, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout the IVF process.
Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred)
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
Fluency in Hindi and English
Experience 1–5 years of experience in IVF, Healthcare, Hospital, Fertility, or Medical Counselling
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries.
Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI, fertility treatments, and related procedures.
Explain treatment plans, packages, and financial aspects to patients.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective patients and convert leads into consultations.
Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors.
Maintain patient records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Address patient concerns and provide emotional support throughout the treatment journey.
Track lead status, conversions, and patient follow-ups.
Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth operations.
