About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager E&P with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of the Company's core processes, monitor deployment (cost versus revenue earned), minimize each out flow through external rental, identify and arrange equipment as per projected deployment commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that equipment and plants are readily available at project sites.


• Decrease and minimize breakdown time of equipment fleet to accelerate work progress.


• Take measures for preventive maintenance of all equipment and implement preventive maintenance norms, conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.


• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance.


• Support HR in recruitment, training, and development of HSE personnel.


• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and Company Systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Budgeting and Cost Planning of Equipment (Rental & Owned)


• Service Manuals and Spare part Manuals reading skills


• Auto Electronic Skills.


• Decision Making Skills.


• Negotiation Skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry.
