Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships in the IT recruitment and staffing sector. In this role, the individual will research target markets, generate and qualify leads, manage outreach campaigns, and conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients. The position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client hiring needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction. The Executive will regularly track performance metrics, prepare proposals and pricing, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing account management to support long-term engagements.

Location- Remote

Education- Any Bachelors( MBA/ IT Background Preferred)

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment/staffing services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet targets consistently.
• Strong analytical and CRM skills for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and reporting performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
