Consultant / Associate Consultant

Key Attributes:

• Ability to comprehend data and information and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to deliver project objectives within stipulated timelines.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with an ability to build and interpret financial models.
• Assist with business development and lead promotion, networking, and any other associated activity.
• Good communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and listening skills are top prerequisites.

Qualification and Experience:

• B.A, B.Com., B.Tech or CA or equivalent degree with 1-2 of relevant work experience for Associate Consultant and 3-4 years for Consultant with financial modeling and research skills.
• Postgraduates with an MBA degree or CFA (at least Level 1 cleared) or ICWA will be given preference.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Consultants and Associate Consultants will be directly working with our clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• The work involves gathering and analyzing data and information, formulating, and testing assumptions, and developing and communicating recommendations.
• Identify and assist with business development through client engagements, proposal development, etc.
• Consultants and Associate Consultants will also get the opportunity to present results and findings to the clients and implement recommendations basis the project scope.
• Financial Model and presentation development are generally the key client deliverables.
• As the sectoral focus for the projects is broad, team members are exposed to a multitude of sectors and will be required to contribute to the company's knowledge base, including the preparation of white papers and thought articles.
