Job Summary :

Valenso Spaces is seeking a skilled 2 D Designer / Architectural Draftsperson with strong expertise in technical drawings and CAD documentation specifically for corporate and commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate must understand office planning, MEP coordination, and commercial interior construction in detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed 2 D drawings for corporate office layouts, workstations, conference rooms, cabins, collaboration areas, reception zones, retail spaces, and utility areas.

• Produce floor plans, furniture layouts, working drawings, GFC drawings, RCPs, electrical/data/CCTV/access control layouts, HVAC-MEP coordination drawings, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

• Prepare As-Built drawings after project completion.

• Ensure compliance with workspace standards, building codes, fire safety regulations, and

ergonomic guidelines.

• Coordinate with visualizers, project managers, engineers, and vendors.

• Prepare BOQs, drawing registers, approval packages, and maintain revision control.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise Software:

• Auto CAD (Expert level – mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop/Corel DRAW, MS Office

Corporate & Commercial Knowledge:

• Workspace planning and modular office furniture systems

• Workstation grid planning and ergonomic standards

• MEP coordination and electrical/low-voltage layouts

• Commercial lighting and fire safety systems

• Acoustic partitions, glass/drywall partitions, commercial joinery, flooring layouts

Accuracy & Detailing:

• High precision in measurements and drafting

• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Project Handling:

• Ability to manage multiple commercial projects

• Strong coordination and deadline management

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Drafting
