Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Interiors Site Supervisor based in Narsingi. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day execution of residential interior projects, including coordination of installation activities for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and finishes. Responsibilities include supervising site teams and vendors, monitoring work quality and safety standards, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role involves daily interaction with clients, designers, and project managers, managing site documentation, reporting progress, and resolving on-site issues proactively. The Site Supervisor will also coordinate material delivery, verify measurements, support snag rectification, and help ensure a smooth handover of completed spaces. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team oversight, task allocation, and performance monitoring on-site. Candidates should possess communication and social work-related skills to engage respectfully with clients, workers, and stakeholders, and to handle concerns with empathy and professionalism. Candidates should possess case management and mental health awareness skills to manage multiple projects, support well-being on-site, and respond constructively to high-pressure situations. Relevant experience in residential interior execution, site supervision, or construction management is highly beneficial. Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, modular systems, and basic reading of drawings or CAD plans is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are important. A diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field is advantageous. Willingness to work on-site in Narsingi, with flexibility to manage extended hours when project milestones require.
