Hiring: GDS Travel Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

We are looking for experienced GDS Travel Consultants with strong expertise in airline reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Travel Operations, Ticketing, or Travel Support

Hands-on experience with Amadeus (Preferred) or Sabre

Strong knowledge of:

Flight Bookings & Reservations

PNR Creation & Management

Ticketing

Refunds & Cancellations

Reissues & Exchanges

Fare Rules & Itinerary Management

Experience in TMC (Travel Management Company) or B2 B Travel Support

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment

We are seeking experienced Corporate Travel Consultants with strong GDS knowledge and corporate travel management experience.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Corporate Travel Operations

Expertise in Amadeus (Preferred) or Sabre

Strong understanding of:

Corporate Travel Bookings

PNR Creation & Ticketing

Refunds & Cancellations

Reissues & Exchanges

Travel Policy Compliance

End-to-End Travel Coordination

Prior experience in TMC or B2 B Travel Support is mandatory

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment
