WE’RE HIRING – CRM & IT Specialist (Zoho / Odoo)

India | 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced CRM & IT Specialist based in India to join our team and support our international operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho CRM and ODOO , with the ability to manage and optimize our current CRM environment and support the migration and synchronization of data between Zoho and Odoo .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Manage, maintain and optimize our Zoho CRM environment
• • Analyze our existing Zoho setup, database and workflows
• • Manage and maintain CRM databases and data quality
• • Plan and execute the migration from Zoho to Odoo
• • Manage data synchronization between Zoho and Odoo
• • Set up and maintain reliable data flows between both platforms during the transition period
• • Handle data extraction, cleaning, mapping, transformation and import into Odoo
• • Import and migrate customer, contact, sales and other business data while maintaining data integrity
• • Identify and resolve duplicates, missing information and synchronization issues
• • Configure and customize Odoo according to business requirements
• • Ensure accurate, secure and complete migration of CRM data
• • Create and improve CRM workflows, automations and integrations
• • Troubleshoot Zoho and Odoo issues
• • Provide general IT support for day-to-day technical problems
• • Assist users with software, accounts, access, email and other common IT issues
• • Document configurations, database structures, processes and technical solutions

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in CRM / IT
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Odoo
• Strong experience in database management and data migration
• Experience with data synchronization and integration between CRM/ERP systems
• Experience with data import, export, mapping and cleaning
• Experience with CRM migration , Zoho → Odoo
• Good general IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory (C2)
• Based in India
• Comfortable working 100% remotely
