Role Objective

The role bridges business challenges with technology execution. The role involves understanding client pain points, evaluating possible technology approaches, designing scalable solutions, and partnering with engineering teams to bring those solutions to life. This is a client-facing technical consulting role for individuals who can combine business context, technical understanding, and solution design to solve real-world business problems.

Job Responsibilities

1) Business & Problem Understanding

Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for technology intervention Break down ambiguous business problems into structured solution areas Translate business goals into technical use cases, workflows, and implementation plans Collaborate with stakeholders to define expected outcomes, feasibility, and priorities

2) Technology Solutioning

Design solution approaches that align with client requirements and business objectives Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and recommendation frameworks to validate proposed solutions Define architecture, workflows, integrations, and implementation approach for technology-led solutions Evaluate trade-offs between build, buy, or integration-based approaches Work closely with engineering teams to translate conceptual solutions into deployable products

3) Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation Provide functional and technical inputs during solution development Support implementation planning, testing validation, and iterative refinement Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client context Present recommendations and solution approaches clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Technical Skills

Candidates should demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:

At least 2 years of Software development background with hands-on experience in backend, full-stack, data, or systems engineering (Must-have) Understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms Ability to evaluate technology stacks and determine appropriate implementation approaches Exposure to modern engineering ecosystems including AI/ML, cloud, automation, or enterprise systems Experience working across the solution lifecycle - from understanding the problem to implementation Ability to work with engineering teams on prototypes, architecture discussions, and deployment planning Prior experience in building or supporting POCs, technical evaluations, or implementation frameworks
