Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English) to support our international clients. Experience Required Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Support Representative, Appointment Setter, Client Coordinator, or similar role. Experience working with US-based clients preferred. Prior experience handling Spanish-speaking customers is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments. Customer support and client communication. Lead qualification and appointment setting. CRM management and data entry. Follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Administrative and operational support tasks. Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates. Required Skills Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CRM and scheduling tool experience. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Why Join Us?
