Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and dependable Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through engaging, therapeutic, and person-centered activities.

Schedule
* Sunday - Thursday
Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required.
* At least one year of experience in social or recreational programming in a licensed senior living or healthcare setting.
* Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service.
* Ability to work closely and professionally with residents, families, visitors, guests, supervisors, and coworkers.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
