Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for Collection Team Leader in DRA certification.

• Manage a team responsible for credit card collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
• Oversee daily operations, including telephonic conversations with customers to resolve queries and negotiate payments.
• Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates by providing training and coaching to team members.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, SLA management, DRA certification, and target achievement.
• Ensure compliance with banking collection processes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in collections process knowledge.
• Dra certified professional with strong understanding of credit card collection procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during telephone conversations.
• Ability to manage teams effectively through team handling, supervision, motivation, planning & execution.
