General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in South Lebanon, OH

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) professional for a locum tenens opportunity in South Lebanon, OH. This role allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry supported by a clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps including digital dentures, crown and bridge procedures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Oct 1
Schedule: Mon-Wed 8a-5p 1 hr unpaid lunch, Thur 9a-6p1 hr unpaid lunch, Fri 8a-1p no lunch

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 2 DAs

Requirements

• Active Ohio dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
