The OpportunityAn entry-level, commission-based role for the consistent, competitive and coach-able who are ready for something new. You'll help families who have already asked for information about protecting their family and assets. No cold calling.
What You'll Do• Follow up with people who requested coverage• Connect with clients by phone or Zoom and help them get coverage in a budget that makes sense• Grow by engaging in weekly training and coaching sessions
How You're Supported• Structured onboarding and one-on-one coaching• Daily growth sessions• Client management tools and back-office help with applications• A leadership track when you're ready to build your own team
Pay & What You Invest• 1099 independent contractor, paid 100% on commission• Each entry-level sale typically pays $600 to $800, based on current carrier contracts• Full-time agents average 5 to 7+ sales a week• You cover your state life insurance license (course and exam) and buy your own leads; we'll help you plan for bothFigures are averages for active agents.
