We're Hiring — Front Office Administration | Eagle Law and Integrity, Mumbai
Eagle Law and Integrity, a full-service law firm at Dalamal Chambers, New Marine Lines, Mumbai, is looking for one capable, well-organised professional to run our front office. This is a combined reception-and-management role — you'll be the face and voice of the firm while also keeping the front office running end to end.
What you'll do
Greet clients and visitors and be the firm's first point of contact Manage calls, enquiries, correspondence and couriers Coordinate appointments, meeting rooms and the daily front-office schedule Oversee vendors, office supplies and general upkeep of the reception area Support the admin team and ensure every client interaction reflects the firm's professionalism Handle confidential information with discretionWe're looking for
1–3 years in a front-desk, receptionist or office-administration role (professional services or a law firm a plus) Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (Gujarati/Marathi an advantage) Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a calm, client-first manner Comfort with MS Office, Excel, Word, email and everyday office systemsLocation: New Marine Lines, Mumbai (in-office) · Type: Full-time · Openings: 1
