We do not offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship for this position.Summary: Our team is looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team and support the design of structural systems for a variety of building projects. You will work with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop structural designs, calculations, construction documents, and practical solutions. Typical project types include commercial, K-12, higher education, hospitals, and other building projects. This is NOT a product design role.

What You'll Do
Perform structural engineering design and analysis for building projectsDevelop structural calculations and design solutionsDesign structural systems for new construction, renovations, and additionsPrepare structural drawings, details, and construction documentsUse Revit and AutoCAD to develop and modify drawingsAnalyze existing structural systems and recommend solutionsReview shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersCoordinate structural designs with architects and other engineering disciplinesAssist with project planning, schedules, and budgetsPerform site visits and field observationsReview projects for accuracy, code compliance, and constructabilityAssist with specifications, material selections, and equipment requirementsCommunicate with project teams, contractors, and clients as needed
What's Required
Engineering degree OR 3+ years of relevant structural design experienceExperience with Revit and AutoCADUnderstanding of structural design principles and building constructionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret construction documentsStrong communication and teamwork skills
