Position: W2 Workday Test Lead / Workday Testing Consultant (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (relocation required for non-local candidates) Duration: Contract to Hire Job ID: 176844 Only Citizen and Green Card Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HCM Workday Test Lead to oversee and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Workday modules. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in Workday HCM testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing. The ideal candidate will also provide leadership in test planning, defect management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with change management and audit controls. Responsibilities: Hands-On Test Execution: Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing across Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll-related interfaces, Security, and Business Process (BP) changes. Validate Workday configuration updates and ensure downstream impacts are identified and tested. Perform smoke testing and targeted regression testing for BAU releases and break/fix items.
