Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist patients in accessing appropriate resources and services.
- Document patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychiatric setting is required.
- Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations is required.
- Previous emergency department (ED) experience is highly preferred.
- Must possess and provide proof of a valid Massachusetts license.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- Work history relevant to the position.
- A skills checklist pertinent to the role, current within the past year.
- One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
- Must have personal transportation for travel related to the position.
