Speech Language Pathologist

Company Description V KARE Speech & Hearing Solutions is an upcoming Speech and Hearing clinic based in Kochi, Kerala. The centre aims to provide comprehensive services for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of Speech, Language and Hearing related disorders using modern diagnostic tools and evidence-based interventions. The team focuses on improving communication and quality of life of individuals with communication disorders. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based at V KARE Speech & Hearing Solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify speech, language and swallowing disorders, implementing individualised therapy plans, providing speech and language intervention, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with audiologists and other clinicians, educating clients and families on communication strategies, and participating in interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure co-ordinated care. The Speech Language Pathologist is expected to maintain high professional standards, follow ethical guidelines, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the centre.
