Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to present insights that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market, financial, operational, or business research as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and analytical tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in an analytical role (depending on position level).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
