Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad Experience: 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Education / Academic Counselling Role: B2C – Inbound & Outbound Sales Key Responsibilities ▪ Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and other channels ▪ Understand learners’ career goals, requirements and backgrounds ▪ Provide academic and career counselling and recommend suitable programs ▪ Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry → counselling → follow-up → conversion → enrolment ▪ Handle objections, negotiate and close sales ▪ Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets ▪ Maintain regular follow-ups and an updated sales pipeline ▪ Update CRM/lead records and track counselling and conversion activities ▪ Coordinate with Marketing, Academic and Operations teams for smooth learner onboarding Mandatory Requirements ✅ 1 year of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Academic Counselling ✅ Experience in EdTech / Education industry preferred ✅ Experience handling inbound & outbound sales ✅ Proven experience in lead conversion and revenue generation ✅ Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills ✅ Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities Preferred Experience Academic Counselling | Education Counselling | Career Counselling | EdTech Sales | B2C Inside Sales | IT/Technology Training Sales | Professional Certification Sales Interested candidates can share their resumes on
