To investigate, evaluate, and negotiate attorney-represented bodily injury and uninsured motorist commercial vehicle claims, the full-time Commercial Casualty Adjuster will utilize advanced claim handling skills and operate in various locations including remote options, ensuring accurate documentation and effective resolution strategies. Key responsibilities Conduct investigations of claims, analyzing policy language and bodily injury details to ensure compliance with state regulations Develop and implement negotiation strategies for settlements, communicating with various stakeholders including attorneys and medical providers Document claim progression thoroughly, setting reserves and acting as a mentor for staff training Required qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent A minimum of three years of casualty claim experience in the auto insurance industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications Ability to obtain and maintain state-required licensing Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and relevant state laws
