Job role: Stack Design Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering ( with experience in designing fuel-cell/ electrolyzer stacks/ flow batteries or Li-ion battery modules)

Job role:

We are seeking an Electrochemical Stack Design Engineer with strong experience in mechanical design and electrochemical stack development, preferably with experience designing fuel-cell stacks, electrolyzer stacks, redox-flow batteries, Li-ion battery modules/packs, or other electrochemical systems .

The key part of this role is to conceptualize, design, and develop scalable stack architectures for our Zinc-air battery, drawing on your previous experience to develop practical and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

· Design & develop Zinc-Air battery stack architecture, including cell arrangement, compression, sealing, manifolds, current collection, and mechanical integration.

· Develop 3D CAD models (SolidWorks) and detailed designs for stack components and support prototype fabrication.

· Design and optimize electrolyte and air-flow distribution, manifolds, channels, and connections.

· Identify opportunities to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost.

Desired skills & expertise:

· Experience designing fuel-cell / electrolyzer stacks/ flow batteries/ Li-ion battery modules/packs, or other electrochemical systems.

· Strong mechanical design skills with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools

· Understanding of fluid flow, manifold, sealing, current collection & material selection.

· Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design iteration.

· Ability to convert concepts into practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.

Salary: 10-12 LPA (CTC)(Based on experience)
