Join a Mission-Driven Behavioral Health Team in Casa GrandeAre you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for predictable scheduling, supportive leadership, and meaningful work? We’re hiring Behavioral Health RNs to join our inpatient and crisis teams in Casa Grande, AZ.
These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work–life balance. What You’ll DoProvide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health unitsSupport individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilizationComplete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plansAssist with discharge planning and coordination of community resourcesMaintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environmentAccurately document care and interventions in the EMRCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
What We’re Looking ForActive Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)BLS certification (required)Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedulesStrong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skillsOpen to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
