Location: 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12-1669, Austin, TX 78702, USA As a Data Entry Specialist, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data that powers SkillerszoneLLC's products and services. You will review, interpret, and enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. \n\n $25 - $30 an hour Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment.
• Basic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
