TriStar Health seeks a Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult trauma patients in a fast-paced progressive/step-down setting. The RN will assess, monitor, and stabilize complex patients, manage telemetry and IV therapies, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to support recovery. Responsibilities include timely documentation, educating patients and families, and responding to emergent changes in condition.
