Based in Noida, Innov Arch serves a diverse clientele across real estate development, hospitality, and residential projects, creating spaces that balance luxury, function, and long-term value.<br /><b>Role Description</b> This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will develop concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring cohesive and functional spaces aligned with client requirements and project goals. Responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&amp;E, preparing construction and presentation drawings, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves site visits for measurements and inspections, collaborating with project teams to manage timelines and budgets, and supporting design documentation for approvals and execution. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and refine solutions based on feedback.<br /><b>Qualifications<br /></b> <ul><li>Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically balanced layouts.</li><li>Knowledge of Architecture and Structural coordination to integrate interior concepts with overall building design.</li><li>Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.</li><li>Experience with FF&amp;E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills.</li><li>Strong visualization, presentation, and communication abilities, with attention to detail and design quality.</li><li>Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects is an advantage.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?UDRukVYB2Fnn87lCWWiJT68SwtdvNk%2fda" width="0" height="0" />
