We specialize in producing custom partnerships between big box retailers and larger brands. Our team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. The Customer Outreach Associate role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has an eye for detail, and is interested in learning about print production. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping bring their print projects to life from concept to completion.

Customer Outreach Associate Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with new account, service and product activationsProvide guidance on product options and turnaround timesCommunicate effectively with customersCoordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time and to specificationHandle order entry, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experienceResolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly workspaceProcess sales transactionsHandle customer inquiries
Customer Outreach Associate Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality environments preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer proficiency; familiarity with design or print software is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced settingProblem-solving mindset and a proactive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent required
