Operations Manager — Luxury Deep-Cleaning CompanyLocation: Hamptons, NY preferred; other expansion markets may be consideredSchedule: Full-time; hours and seasonal expectations to be confirmedProposed Compensation: $110k-$150k, DOE, plus potential growth incentivesBenefits: Paid vacation and sick timeTarget Launch: Summer; hire and training dates TBDAn established luxury deep-cleaning company serving affluent New Jersey communities since 2017 is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Operations Manager to help launch and grow its next location.The company specializes in comprehensive home detailing, post-construction cleaning, and move-in preparation for high-end residences. This role offers the opportunity to build a local team and operation with direct training and ongoing support from the founder.ResponsibilitiesHelp establish and manage daily operations in the new market.Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff.Visit properties regularly to assess projects, communicate expectations, monitor progress, and inspect completed work.Maintain meticulous cleaning standards and ensure projects meet the agreed scope and timeline.Develop trusted relationships with homeowners, builders, realtors, designers, and household staff.Coordinate supplies, equipment, vehicles, and project logistics.Learn and follow the company’s estimating, scheduling, invoicing, and client-service procedures.Identify and develop strong team members into project leads.Support repeat business and local growth alongside the founder.Ideal CandidateExperience managing cleaning teams, luxury homes, estates, hospitality operations, or another demanding service business.Experienced executive housekeepers or housekeeper/house managers with strong leadership and business skills are encouraged to apply.Comfortable working on-site, supervising teams, and taking responsibility for results.Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the care required in high-end homes.Polished client communication and the ability to guide staff clearly and respectfully.Strong organization, initiative, work ethic, and interest in building something long-term.English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly desired; required proficiency to be confirmed.Based locally or willing to relocate.The founder will provide training, operational guidance, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
